Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. It continues until the end of the paid period, then you automatically switch to the Free plan.
What happens to my data after a downgrade?
Your data is fully retained for 30 days after the downgrade. After that, the 90-day limit of the Free plan applies. Older entries are not deleted but are only accessible via GDPR export.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We use Stripe as our payment provider. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), SEPA direct debit, and other local payment methods.
Is SomaViva GDPR-compliant?
Yes. All data is stored in the EU and encrypted. Health data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM at the field level. GDPR data export (Art. 20) and account deletion (Art. 17) are always free.
